Recover the day when your peak window gets hijacked

Some days a peak window gets destroyed by a fire drill anyway. When that happens, don't try to force high-load work into a trough as compensation — the output quality will be visibly worse and you'll likely have to redo it. Instead, shift your hardest remaining task to tomorrow's peak window and use today's leftover trough time for the low-load pile you were going to do anyway.
