30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with TimerForge, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Updates and Support

  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any errors or omissions in the Software

8. System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements:

  • macOS: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
  • Linux: Ubuntu 20.04 or equivalent

9. Intellectual Property

TimerForge and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us. Your license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
